Forwarded emails on iPhone do not have large text

Hello,

I can't seem to get forwarded emails in the email app on an iPhone 6+ (with iOS 10) to have the large text like the rest of the emails do.

I am trying support a person with poor eyesight. Right now all the emails that are received have the large text (which was set in the Settings --> Display and Brightness --> Text Size) and have the large text. The problem comes from when an email is forward to this person, the text in the original email does not have the larger text size like the other emails. If it helps it is an exchange email account that is added through the Mail, Contacts and Calendars settings.

Does anyone else have this issue or know a solution?
